@mikec57 lol it’s “Spanglish” in handwriting form lol you can see she learned cursive. Lol I can’t stop. I am Candice and the way she wrote rice is how I tend to write the end of my name.
@mikec57 lol okay I just couldn’t help but notice the bubbly letter and cursive connect. It almost looks just like my hand writing. She was focused and tried to be neat.
@sinix I'd imagine instead of rolling the tortilla, meat, onion, enchilada sauce, and cheeseyou stack it as you would lasagna in a casserole dish and bake it. That's all enchiladas are
@sinix Layered Enchiladas
Corn tortillas
Ground beef
Shredded cheese (I use the Mexican blend from walmart)
Enchiladas sauce of choice (I use the canned Rosarita)
Black olives (Optional)
Just cook the beef seasoned with garlic, onion, salt, pepper and some of the sauce and warm up the sauce and tortillas. As you’re layering dip the tortillas in the sauce then add meat, cheese and olives until pan is full, dump extra sauce on top, top with cheese and bake at 375 for about 20-30mins or until cheese on top is melted.
