Here’s my weekly menu for the week ahead incase anyone needed any ideas 😊

If you add a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken to the enchilada sauce it’s a game changer! Put all three ingredients into a saucepan and heat up for about 10 minutes to bring the flavors together. It doesn’t look appetizing but trust me - it’s delicious. Start the layering with that mixture. 😊
 
Really helps with grocery shopping. I used to base my weekly menu on what was on sale that week. Now it's just me.
 
@sde1212 Yeah, but it's still 3 days of chicken. Two days is fine by me but more than that and I'm a big "no." I'd have to throw a spaghetti day in there instead.
 
I love it. What is the grocery bill for this is the important question so I know what I will be spending at the store to get this 🧐
 
@acer14 so I buy chicken and ground beef in bulk every other month but for everything else but a few extras like milk, cereal and snacks for my toddler it was right around $60
 
Sounds great but I would make one item like home made dried beans, one day ham and bean soup, next refried beans, BBQ beans, beans and rice. Just a FYI are super easy to make and freeze great for future days.
I like your menu, lots of variety but just making a protein like beans will save more money.
