I’m cooking several chicken breast in the crockpot over night. Part I’ll turn into chicken salad.
I have heard of chicken ranch pasta & would like a good recipe for that using part of the chicken.
I’d also like one more good recipe to use the rest in that’s not chicken tacos. PLEASE give full recipes.
THANKS!

You can make chicken pinwheels (good for a cold snack), bbq chicken sandwiches, chicken alfredo, chicken and dumplings, chicken and cheese quesadillas
I don't have full recipes, I just look online if I don't already know how to make it

Bag frozen broccoli florets, 1 can cream of whatever soup, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 handfuls of white rice(minute rice), chicken, cheese and half stick butter, mix all in a baking dish cover with foil check rice periodically, i sometimes add too much rice and need more liquid, i can throw it together pretty good but if you prefer to make the rice separately it works either way. Super quick and easy

Poppy seed chicken: saute one sleeve of Ritz crackers with one stick of butter ( can use less) and a table spoon of poppyseed. Put in bottom of baking dish. In a bowl combine cooked chicken, large can of cream of chicken, and approximately 8oz. sour cream. Pour on top of cracker mixture. Saute another sleeve of crackers the same as before and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Just until bubbly.

Spiral noodles cook, drain and cool in ice water. Drain ln a large bowl, noodles, olive oil, salad Supreme seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Chop 1 bell pepper, 1/2 purple onion, and 1 large tomato. Have added black olives and broccoli florets. Really any vegs. You like add chicken breast chunks. Can serve hot or cold.

We love chicken salad, with celery, cut seedless purple grapes, Mayo, dill, salt and pepper. Onion and nuts of your choice can be added as well.

Chicken bacon ranch bake:
1.5 chicken breast
1 packet hidden valley dry ranch
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 lb elbow noodles
Bacon bits (preference amount)
Parmasean cheese (preference amount)
1tbs olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Cut chicken into 1/2-1inch cubes and marinate in olive oil & dry ranch packet for however long you feel necessary, boil elbow noodles, cook chicken until done, grease a 9x13 baking dish. Pour noodles into dish and add chicken and 3/4 of your bacon mix well. Add in Alfredo sauce, recipe calls for 1 jar, I like 2 for more creaminess. Mix it well so everything is coated. And in shredded 1/2 Parmasean cheese and mix in. Top with rest of Parmasean cheese & bacon bits, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover with tilfoil and bake for 10 minutes at 375 or until cheese is melted on top and serve!! Super yummy & a great comfort food!
