Easy Crockpot Recipes for Busy Moms - No Shredded Chicken or Pot Roast

Italian Beef
-beef roast
-1 pkg beefy onion soup mix
-1 bottle Italian dressing
-3 peppers (whatever color) seeded and sliced
-1 large yellow onion
Add beefy soup mix and Italian dressing to fresh or frozen beef roast. Crock pot until meat n spices be. Shred or slice. Put back in juice. Add peppers and onions and cook 1/2 hour more. Easy Italian beefs.
I serve with provolone cheese on Italian bread. Great for get together too
 
Beef stew. Stew meat, beef broth, garlic salt and any vegetables you want to add. Cook on low all day. Serve with garlic bread.
 
Throw a pork butt in overnight with a dry rub. Cook on low. It will pretty much shred itself. In the morning separate fat & finish shredding. Use for sandwiches, tacos, quesadilla, etc
 
Ham and beans. Chunks of ham, chicken broth, garlic salt, diced onion and great northern beans. Cook on high all day. I soak the beans in water overnight prior to putting them in the crockpot. They cook faster that way. Can use any kind of beans that you like.
 
Beefburgers. Put raw hamburger in the crockpot. Cook it with diced onion. Stir often to break up the meat. Cook on low. Eat like that or add a can of cheddar cheese soup.
 
White chicken chili is so good and the leftovers freeze so good!
Marinara meatballs for subs or pasta
Roasts/tenderloins with onion, potatoes, carrots and celery
Chicken breasts or pork chops with green beans and potatoes

Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Can Crushed Pineapples with juice
1 Cup BBQ Sauce (Doesn't have to be Hawaiian-Style, Honey BBQ Sauce would also be fine)
2-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (Or however many you need for your family)
Directions: 1. Mix together BBQ Sauce and Pineapples together in bowl. 2. Place chicken in Crock Pot 3. Pour mixture over chicken 4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Note: You may use sugar free bbq sauce to cut down on the sugar.
You can also add 1 cup of uncooked minute rice (plain or jasmine) to the crockpot when the chicken is finished cooking for about 1/2 hour. It will thicken the sauce but also complete the meal.
 
Not for the crockpot but this is good!
Mac N Cheese casserole.
One box Mac n cheese, 1 pound ground meat, 1 can of EITHER cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup. Make mac n cheese and the burger meat as you normally would. Drain the burger meat and add to the hot mac n cheese, add the can of soup (no extra water) and blend together. Then put into an oven safe dish and put in the oven at 350 for about 15 to 20 min or until hot.
 
Italian sausages, can of stewed tomatoes, can of tomato sauce. Let it cook alllllll day on low. We serve over rice with mozzarella cheese on top 😋 this is one you can definitely cook over 8 hours if you’re going to be out all day and want to come home to an easy dinner
 
Package of Chicken thighs or breasts
Frozen green beans
Potatoes (I use red or yellow..can use whatever)
Lipton onion soup mix packet
Stick of butter
Put Chicken in bottom of crock pot
Frozen green beans on top
Cut up potatoes and put in with green beans
Sprinkle onion soup mix over everything
Cut up butter and put on top.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours
