Mexican Cornbread recipes please?

2 pkgs Martha white Mexican cornbread plus ingredients on pkg
1 lb ground beef
Chopped bell pepper and onion
Chopped jalapenos to taste
1 can cream style corn
Bag of Mexican velveeta shredded
Seasoning to taste - red and black pepper, Tony chacheres, etc
Brown meat with veggies and seasoning
Drain
Mix cornbread according to pkg directions
Add in meat mixture, cheese, corn seasoning
Pour in 9x13 pan, bake at 350 approx 45 minutes
 
Jiffy corn bread mix ( follow box directions) add chopped onions, 1 can of corn drained, chopped jalapenos, cheddar cheese..mix and bake according to directions.
 
Cornmeal approx 2 -3 cups
1-2 tbs self rising flour
Buttermilk 1/2 cup or less
1 (2 small) jalapeno pepper chopped (remove seed to make less hot)
1/2 sour cream
1/2 can corn, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional - green pepper or onion chopped.
Mix well. Put into baking pan, iron skillet or muffin tin.
Bake until brown.
 
In large bowl add 1 cup cup cornmeal, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1 cup cream style corn set aside. Brown 1 lb ground beef (salt n pepper to taste) add 1 medium onion, diced. 3 pickled jalapeños, diced. Mix meat and cornbread mixture. Add 2 cups cheddar cheese. Pour into well greased skillet or casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. We like pinto beans on the side to complete meal.
 
Use the cornbread recipe that you always make and just chop up the Jalapeno's in it, however hot that you like it. The cornbread isn't any different. It's just needing some Jalapeno's to your taste.
 
I use the southern cornbread mix. Make the package according to directions but add almost a whole can of cream corn and some can jalapeños with the juice (to taste). You can also substitute sour cream for the milk.
 
Add acan of Mexican corn bell peppers, onions, jalapeno, 1c.chedder cheese, buttermilk to 2 c.cornmeal 2 eggs fourth cup oil bake 450 until golden brown
 
Use your cornmeal recipe add 1small 1 mexican corn drained , or cream corn 1/4 cup diced onion, 1 chili pepper seeded and diced , 1/2 cup mexican cheese blend Mix well bake 400 until golden brown
