Can y’all spam me with quick easy recipes please! It’s football season in my house and I have 3 boys playing this year. I work til 5 pm or later and practices start this week at 6. So we are limited on time. Crock pot meals are a plus. I need help y’all!

Stroganoff
1 lb ground beef, 2/3 to 3/4 package egg noodles, 16 oz french onion dip, 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup. Brown beef while egg noodles are heating up. Add dip and mushroom soup in beef and mix together. Drain noodles, add beef mixture stirring until mixed well and serve. Makes enough for 2 meals for a family of 5.

Chicken rollups I make them on the weekend and freeze then you let them thaw in fridge and
bake.
Sorry about caps. Copy and pasted
2 LARGE CHICKEN BREASTS ; SHRED
1 CAN CRESCENT ROLLS
1 10.5 OZ CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1/2 CAN OF BROTH ; USE CREAM OF CHICKEN CAN
1/2 CAN MILK ; USE CREAM OF CHICKEN CAN
1 TABLESPOON ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
6 OZ SHREDDED CHEESE
PINCH SALT
NOTE: THE 1/2 SOUP CANS USING THE EMPTY CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP TO MEASURE.
PLACE CHICKEN IN A POT AND COVER WITH WATER, BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE THE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND COOK TILL CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.
REMOVE CHICKEN (SAVE BROTH). WHEN COOLED ENOUGH TO HANDLE REMOVE THE CHICKEN FROM THE BONE AND SHRED, SET ASIDE. WHISK TOGETHER THE SOUP, BROTH, MILK, FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER. UNROLL THE CRESCENT DOUGH AND SEPARATE INTO THE TRIANGLES.
PLACE A LITTLE CHEESE OVER THE DOUGH AND AT THE LARGER END PLACE A GOOD HEAPING OF THE CHICKEN. ROLL UP AND PLACE IN A 9X13 CASSEROLE DISH.
REPEAT WITH REMAINING. ONCE ALL ARE IN THE DISH, POUR THE SOUP MIX AROUND EACH ONE AND THEN DRIZZLE A LITTLE OVER THE TOPS (NOT TOO MUCH) BAKE IN A 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES, REMOVE AND TOP WITH A LITTLE MORE CHEESE AND RETURN TO THE OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES.
LET SIT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. THE SOUP MIXTURE WILL thicken up like gravy.

Spaghetti - I put the sauce in the crock pot then just cook noodles when we get home
Shrimp marinara - sauté the shrimp then add a jar of Rao’s marinara sauce
Chili
Beefstew
Tacos - I try to make the meat before practice then heat up after. You can even cook it the day before and throw it in the crock pot to warm while at practice.
Cold cut sandwiches
We always eat after practice. I know it’s late but if I feed then before they are sluggish or get stomach aches on the field. Plus they want a whole second dinner after practice!!

Tacos, spagehtti, soups, roast, chicken wraps (use chicken tenders, we add buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese) fajitas, burritos, breakfast.

Meatball sliders.
Meatballs (frozen or homemade - if you don’t have a bunch of kids in sports and running every which way)
Marinara (jar or homemade - see above)
Throw that in crock on low.
Put in a hoagie roll with provolone cheese. Broil, foil wrap and run.

I remember those days.
BBQ Chicken
2-3 boneless chicken breast
16 oz Fees bottle of BBQ Sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
3/4 cup brown sugar
Mix together ingredients. Put in crock pot. Cook High: 2-3 hours or Low 4-5 hours
Shred with a fork and serve on buns for yummy BBQ chicken sandwiches. Or leave them whole and serve with some garlic mashed potatoes and veggies.
