When I need leftovers for work I will make stroganoff, stir fry, rice and farmers sausage. In the winter I make hamburger soup or beef stew

Homemade chili beans with hamburger meat, fried potatoes and cornbread. Meatloaf with baked beans,( In crockpot cut up 8 pieces of bacon into 1/2 inch pieces, fry add large can of Campbell's pork and beans, 1/2 - 1 bottle of barbecue sauce,1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1 Tablespoon of hot dry mustard (in spice aisle) stir taste add more sauce, sugar,or mustard if needed. I judge by taste. If you just want beans add crumbled hamburger meat with onions to the beans. Terriaki beef and broccoli over rice.

Hamburger quesadillas. Ground beef, shredded cheese. Some lettuce tomato pickles. A dash of thousand island dressing. And fry it up

We make this once a week, easy and cheap: salmon bowls
Bag of frozen salmon fillets (around $11 CAD at Walmart for 6-7 fillets)
Minute rice (giant box at Costco for $10)
Green beans (about $4 for a fresh bag. Frozen is fine too)
Thaw salmon- cook on a sheet pan at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes with the green beans (season as you like. I usually do lemon pepper and oil on the salmon and oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper on the green beans)
Make your minute rice 10 mins before salmon and beans are done.
Add as much beans salmon and rice to your bowl as you like. Top with spicy mayo.
I like to add avocado as well sometimes.
