Looking for Favorite Holiday Cookie Recipes for Christmas Gifts – Share Your Best!

@samms I make Trisha Yearwood’s Christmas Crack every year as gifts. I mix it up with Heath Toffee bits on top or toasted pecans bits. I always get rave reviews!

Easy quick cookies are cake mix cookies if you need to make dozens and dozens. You can use different flavor cake mixes and different mix ins. So they can be all different, by each batch.

I make so many but last year was the first time I made Pecan Sandies. They wound up being my most popular with recipients. The next favorite was Ritz crackers covered in melted Andes Mints.

Saltine toffee treats
Pecan tarts
Peanutbutter cup cookies
Buckeyes
Hershey kiss cookies using bisquick
Oatmeal cookies with coconut and dried cranberries

Christmas crack
Bag of M &Ms
1 cup pretzel sticks
1 cup corn Chex
1 cup of cherrios
Half of jar peanuts
1 pkg of White almond bark
Melt bark and pou over the above mix and coat . Throw it on wax paper to dry , sprinkle powder sugar on it after it’s dry and put in to Christmas baggies . Or add it as a filler for a cookie tin with cookies

Cake balls!
Make a box of cake according to package direction. Crumble and mix with 1 can of frosting. Refrigerate until firm. Use a cookie dough scooper to make balls. Dip balls in melted almond bark and decorate as desired (sprinkles, crushed nuts or drizzle on melted chocolate)
Very versatile as you can change the flavors based on what types of cake mix and frosting you use.
