Crock Pot Cashew Chicken
This is better than most Chinese takeout cashew chicken.
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thigh tenders or chicken breast tenders
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup cashews
Directions:
Combine flour and pepper in large Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Shake to coat with flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken about 2 minutes on each side.
Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes in small bowl; pour over chicken. Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add cashews and stir. Serve over rice.
If you want like sauce and want to have some to pour over the chicken and the rice, double the sauce ingredients.
Makes 4-6 servings.

We got this one from this page and it’s easily a family favorite 😁

Put 4 to 6 cube steaks in the crock pot with a large can of cream of mushroom soup and a 1/2 cup of water. Cook on low for 4 hours (approx). Delicious!

I made these cheesy potatoes a mix of something on tik tok and my own whatever I feel like. A bag of diced hashbrowns 2 cans of cream of chicken soup like a half block of Velveeta wee the cheap version of Velveeta. Some cream cheese some sour cream seasonings and some cut up kielbasa or bacon kind of whatever I have and maybe some shredded cheese too if I feel like it. If it seems dry I will add milk or half and half and just cook it on low for the day

Any type of meat (chicken, pork, beef or turkey)
8oz ketchup
8oz Coke
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for about 4 hours. Can even use freezer burnt meat, takes out the freezer burnt taste and the meat just shreds apart. Serve on rice or as a pulled meat sandwich
