In the crockpot, put 4–6 chicken breast to cook for the day. I season with onion and garlic powder. Put a little bit of water on the bottom. At the end of the day shred your chicken up in the crockpot. Get a large rectangular pan that can go in the oven. Put your shredded chicken on the bottom get a large can of cream of chicken soup and a medium can of sour cream mixes together put this over your shredded chicken. get two rolls of Ritz crackers, crumble them up , put this over your cream of chicken and sour cream mixture. Get a stick of butter melted in the microwave. Put this over ritz crackers. You can buy the seasoning poppyseed I choose not to and sprinkle this on top. Cover with tinfoil. bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Then uncover Bake for 15 minutes to brown your rich crackers. One dish very delicious. You can serve this over white rice or eat as is.
