Peanut Butter Fudge

2 lbs confectioner sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 lg can evaporated milk
1-18 oz jar of peanut butter or
(28 T or 14 oz measuring cup)
1-7 oz jar marshmallow cream
Cook in heavy pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until ingredients melt. Continue cooking to soft ball stage 235 F on candy thermometer (9-10 minutes approximately)
Remove from heat; quickly stir in peanut butter & marshmallow cream.
Pour into 13 x 9 greased pan or casserole dish. Cut when cold.
 
Chocolate dipped pretzel rods. Rolled In sprinkles/nuts/candy. Peppermint bark, homemade hot chocolate with marshmallows in a mug.
