1 (4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Combine flour and baking soda.
In a large bowl beat brown sugar, sugar, butter, shortening, pudding mix, vanilla, and almond extract together.
Mix until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Beat in the flour mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful and bake 9-11 minutes.
This recipe makes 3 dozen cookies if using a 2 teaspoon cookie scoop.
Can also be adapted for different flavor combinations. Instead of vanilla pudding and chocolate chips, you can use butterscotch pudding and chips! Any flavors work!
