Easy fudge
Melt a bar of bark White or chocolate
Melt in microwave slowly 1 min stir repeat until smooth
Add a cup of smooth or chunky peanut butter. I add a tsp of real vanilla
Nuts are optional
Pour into small 9x9 or 8x8 until firm
Great for gift giving
 
I always make biscotti. They are super easy but people love them because they seem complicated, lol. I bag a few up and gift them with cocoa or coffee.
 
One year I did trays of cinnamon rolls that they could have for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day breakfast. They were a hit!
 
I get chocolate almond bark and melt it. I add a couple teaspoon of mint extract. Then dip ritz like crackers in it and put on wax paper and sprinkle with holiday sprinkles. Let harden and enjoy.
 
Candy cane cookies, pecan tassies, and molasses crinkles are a few of my favorite holiday cookies. Will post recipes as soon as I find them!
 
Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Combine flour and baking soda.
In a large bowl beat brown sugar, sugar, butter, shortening, pudding mix, vanilla, and almond extract together.
Mix until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Beat in the flour mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful and bake 9-11 minutes.
This recipe makes 3 dozen cookies if using a 2 teaspoon cookie scoop.
Can also be adapted for different flavor combinations. Instead of vanilla pudding and chocolate chips, you can use butterscotch pudding and chips! Any flavors work!
