Zucchini/squash pasta. You use linguine noodles. Cut up your zucchini & squash, season it throw it in a pan with olive oil & pan fry. You can use Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese shredded and put it over the veggies. Cook your noodles and put the zucchini/squash over it. It creates its own juice so it won't be dry either 🥰
Seafood lasagna roll ups if you have lasagna noodles

I take and shred a rotisserie chicken and penne pasta, and make chicken, broccoli and pasta. We usually season it with garlic olive oil, onion powder and butter

Cajun chicken pasta
1# pasta
4-6 C milk (depending on how thin you like your sauce)
6T butter
6T flour
6T Cajun seasonings
1-2# cooked chicken diced/shredded.
Cook pasta according to directions for all dented. Make a roux using the butter/flour.
Slowly add milk to roux, bringing to boil. Allow to thicken.
Add Cajun seasoning.
Add pasta and chicken.
Serve.
We modify adding veggies we have (broccoli, peas, mushrooms, etc.) and then often add Italian blend cheeses.

Deli pasta salad! Elbow noodles, cooked and drained. While still warm, add about a half a cup of white vinegar and a little bit of sugar. Let that cool in the fridge for an hour. Drain just a little of the sugar and vinegar mix of the pasta, but leave a little in the bowl. If it’s dried up, that’s fine too-that means it soaked into the pasta. Then, add chopped celery, bell pepper and red onion (or scallions. Mix in mayo. Serve chilled. So good!

Scrambled egg and mushrooms and bacon and chicken and Parma cheese and pepper mix together add to pasta of choice I like rigatoni

Lo mein is a great way to use pasta too. Just prepare pasta noodles as packaged. Quick stirfry or sautee veggies and whatever protein. For a sauce, we use soy, ginger and garlic paste, sirracha, rice vinegar and hosin sauce!
