Starting a Yearly Challenge: Unique Recipe Ideas Needed (No Spaghetti or Tacos!)

Crescent roll "pot pies" One example. Cook some chicken, mix it with some softened cream cheese, a little sour cream, some onion and some cooked bite sized potatoes. Get two crescent rolls and put them side by side and scoop some in the middle and then close the dough around the mixture. Won't look like a pot pie but a little blob lol. Cook according to crescent roll directions. Then salt and pepper and serve, heavenly chicken! You can do taco versions, Italian, pizza, all kinds of stuff this way!

@nelsontai I know that reheating in the microwave is no good. So probably not unless you have an air fryer maybe? I don't have one so I don't know. But breakfast ones sound amazing, never thought of that! You can always do muffin tin breakfast ones, I have had some from Costco that are really good but has no dough.

Peanut butter and jelly. Dip in French toast mixture. Press in Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Frosted Flakes that have been crushed. Fry in a pan. Fattening but omg so good. You can use any sugar cereal but that's what I used

I’m doing the same thing but doing at least one new recipe a month.
January has several new ones - marry me chicken & puffy pastry pork roll ups.
