SIMPLE TACO SOUP
In a Dutch oven or large kettle, brown 2 lbs. ground beef; drain. Add 1 env. taco seasoning and mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 c. water, 1-15 3/4 oz. can mild chili beans, 1-15 oz. drained and rinsed pinto beans, 1-15 1/4 oz. can drained whole corn, 1-14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes with juice, 1-10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chiles with juice, 1-4 oz. can chopped green chiles (optional), and 1 env. ranch salad dressing. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 min. or until heated through. Yield: 6-8 servings (about 2 qts.)
