Stroganoff
1 lb ground beef, 2/3 to 3/4 package egg noodles, 16 oz french onion dip, 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup. Brown beef while egg noodles are heating up. Add dip and mushroom soup in beef and mix together. Drain noodles, add beef mixture stirring until mixed well and serve. Makes enough for 2 meals for a family of 5.
Take chicken, cook it in a pan with olive oil spices add onions cook til soft, add white mushrooms cook til tender and then add 2 cans of golden mushroom soup and 1 can of water, put chicken and sauce over brown or white rice.
I enjoy making rice with veggies/chicken cooked in a honey garlic sauce! The sauce is just soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. I don't have any real measurements because I do it to taste every time. Sometimes more sweet, sometimes more salty. The veggies I prefer to make with it are onions, broccoli, and bell peppers!
