Stuffed peppers? Or i make a version of stuffed pepper soup that’s good. I brown the beef, toss some of the fat, add 2 cans of tomato sauce, 1-1/2 can of water, (in another pot cook your rice then when it’s ready, add it to the beef and sauce), then add your peppers (i like to dice them and sometimes an onion if i feel like it) i also add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika and some oregano. I dont know exactly how much, i kinda just shake til the ancestors tell me I’m good
