Pork chops rice 1can cream mushrooms and one can cream of chicken depending on how much rice and pork chops your making you can add more cream of soup and add milk salt pepper paprika and onion powder mix bake at 375 till pork chops are done. I use just cream of mushroom but my mom uses cream mushrooms and cream of chicken both.
My favorite thing to do with pasta is saute veggies (typically broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini) and spices in olive oil till tender and fragrant the tossing the cooked pasta in the pain
I do butter and garlic noodles with butter and garlic shrimp.
Ground turkey, season as you brown. I use fresh garlic, garlic salt, black pepper and Italian spices. I add in already cooked rice or couscous
Tuna spaghetti!!! It sounds gross but it’s AH-MAZING! Fry tuna in butter till it’s golden and crispy, add olive oil, garlic til fragrant then cooked noodles. Top with Parmesan. Also great with broccoli, asparagus &/or spinach

Egg noodles with ground beef and sautéed onions. We eat it with ketchup on top and maybe a veggie or salad side.
Tuna bowl with rice, cucumber, carrots, edamame, avocado and mango with sesame seeds and spicy Mayo
You can substitute the sesame seeds for bagel seasoning
