White rice, with hamburger meat seasoned with 7 spice ,onion powder, some garlic powder, and add some peas one of my childhood dinners and I was picky ! So good

Rice mixed with salsa, cheese, mayo chilli powder and black beans. You can add chopped chicken. Put in a tortilla and wrap. Bake in oven for 10 min.

Put cherry tomatoes, chopped onion and peppers in a 9x13 glass tray. Take a container of feta and dump in the middle. Sprinkle with pesto dollops. Add 1/2 cup water. Add crushed garlic gloves. Sprinkle with cracked pepper and salt. Bake for 30 min at 350. Give it a stir and then add your cooked pasta.

It is chicken I’m sorry, but it is my favorite comfort food:
A non chicken recipe my husband and I have for breakfast is spam and rice.
We just cook up some white rice, and fry diced spam on medium high with our favorite seasonings (the smaller the cubes the crispier they fry). I tend to over season the spam so it flavors the rice, and if you put the cubes in a cold pan to start, you won’t need any oil to fry ‘em. Though, eggs are good with this too, but I’d add some oil to the pan after you fry the spam and then fry the eggs. It’s a good way to start the weekend, for us at least 😅

Spanish rice w/ leftover brats/sausage/taco meat/whatever meat you have with cheese melted on top. Could add in some veggies too if you wanted

Yellow rice, we make it then put a over easy egg on the top. Serve with toast and fruit breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's yummy

My teenage boys LOVE rice with scrambled eggs and a roll of ground sausage. Cook each separately then mix together, salt and pepper to desired taste! Basically like a "breakfast bowl" but we had it for dinner last night! Also, can do the same with ground seasoned hamburger meat. Just meat and rice mix together and I leave some grease for added flavor! And it's not "greasy"...can even add a can of corn if you want
