Please help, I'm 50 years old and always ruin the pork chops. Someone save me by posting an easy recipe that I can't screw up. Now, I can cook. I cook everything from Italian, Mexican, oriental, etc. So don't get me wrong. I can't master biscuits or pork chops. I have pork chops in the freezer, and really want to knock it out of the park this time. Thank you

I put pork chops in the crockpot and pour one or two cans of cream of chicken soup mixed with milk over them and they come out so tender and you have gravy to put over your mashed potatoes.

@onesisteroffaith They can also be finished in the oven. Sear them and then add the mushroom soup to the pan to pick up all the nice brown bits from searing the chops. I then put them in a covered casserole and finish cooking them in the oven.

@joebalog, I use cream of mushroom soup, too, and I put a layer of sliced potatoes under them. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. A meal in one and it is yummy!

Season as desired no flake like seasoning though..no flour is..salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and a little lemon pepper.
Add about 2 Tabs. Olive oil to skillet and 2 Tabs. Butter heat on med. High but don't burn the butter add chops sear to lightly browned on both sides, then turn down to med. Low cook until no longer pink in middle about 15 min. Depending on thickness of chops turning once remove from pan cover with aluminum foil for about 5 min. To redistribute their juices.
Useally the cause of a dry chop is..
Fried to hard ie..burner to high up
Or does not cover meat when removed from heat.
Also place 4 to 6 bone in chops in crockpot pot, seasoned on both sides w/salt, pepper onion powder and garlic powder place in crockpot add 1 stick butter cut up in pieces placed over chops, sprinkle 1 pkg. dry original ranch seasoning on top of chops
Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hrs. Or high 4 to 5 hrs.
May add a few sm. Red potatoes, carrots or fresh green beans if adding these top with an extra 1/2 stick butter cut up and salt, pepper and garlic powder and 1 more pk. Original dry ranch sprinkled on top.
These are called ranch chops in a crock pot.
Or BBQ. Chops it a crockpot
Season chops as desired
Sear in skillet but not cooked through w/a little olive oil and butter.
Add to crock pot, pour a bottle of fav. BBQ. sauce to crockpot cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hrs. Or high 4 to 5 hrs.

1 cup of your favorite dark soda (I like dr pepper) in the crockpot. Add your pork chops. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of bbq, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Add a splash of soda to stir it all up and dump it over the chops. Cook on low for 4 hours.
