Flavorful Seasoning Ideas for Pulled Pork Tacos (No BBQ Sauce)

Can of enchilada sauce, can of green chilies, diced onion and a packet of taco season goes right in with the pork butt in the crockpot.

I just did these for a pastoral party.
I used taco seasoning
Red chilis in adobo sauce
Lime juice
Orange juice
All puréed an half poured on top while cooking, the other half after shredding them placed in the oven to crisp up a bit.

I first trim any significantly large pieces of fat off the pig roast. I then marinate it in a wet marinade of my choice for one day. Before I put it in the crockpot I coat it with a package of pork Carnitas seasoning. And then put it in the crockpot for about six hours on low. I shred the pork and then put a can of washed and rinsed black beans in there for an hour. I drain the majority of the juice off before serving. I placed on corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, fresh jalapeños, and fresh salsa Verde. They are also great if you add scrambled eggs or a fried egg to the top of them for breakfast tacos the next morning.

Don't over complicate lol. ! Just dump a can of salsa in! 💯
Pro tip: after its done in the crock pot, shred it up and fry it in a pan (lil oil) for a few minutes for crispy edges 😋 carnitas tacos

I mix my chicken bouillon powder with the taco seasoning, 2 cups of water.
On the side i do salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, adobo, tajin,
I sprinkle the seasonings and rub it all over, then pour over the wet mixture, add in half a cup of salsa, and a quarter cup of orange juice with a splash of lime.

I do Same as chicken. A jar of herdez(or salsa preference) and meat. Cook high 4-6 hour before end add can of drained corn and can of rinsed black beans.
