I use this for the mesquite chicken and then either bake it or grill it
Pork chops I either just use salt and pepper (how my husband likes them) or I’ll use an apple maple seasoning from Walmart depends on what we’re feeling that day and then I just cook them in a pan with a bit of olive oil so they don’t stick.
Lemon pepper chicken I use a lemon pepper seasoning garlic powder and onion powered. So for that I cut the chicken into bite size pieces and then put a bit of olive oil to coat the chicken and then cover in seasonings and then cook on the stove top
