Homemade Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits: Delicious and Budget-Friendly Breakfast Option!

@slython 8 eggs isn't really a lot of eggs, I'd use a smaller glass pan in the microwave than a 9x13. I'd guess an 8" square pan. I literally scramble eggs in a bowl in the microwave. Add a splash of milk to two eggs, salt and pepper. Cook on high for 1.5 min. I try to keep an eye on them and stir when they form a cook ring around the edge. Cut it up and stir. I guess it's kinda like stirring on the stove but you need less stirring. And yes, be careful not to overcook them.

What kind of biscuits are those?!
I’m trying to avoid the pillsbury canned biscuits because they leave aluminum specks in the dough

@shawnk just need bisquick mix and milk ( u can use water but taste isnt there) whatever spices u want make like a pancake batter but not to runny . I use a table spoon n scoop and dump on a baking sheet like u would place normal biscuits n bake. U can even make them sweet like mcgriddles by adding syrup or maple

Omigosh, I want to eat the last one, it looks delicious, I make omelets a lot and I love breakfast sandwiches especially when I have a bogo coupon, you’re right, they’re probably easy to make, I have to do that soon, thx for the heads up 🥚 🍳 🥪🧀 🥓

I've been making these for years. Bacon, sausage, and ham biscuits with egg and cheese. Tasty tip: Melt some butter and whisk in a little maple syrup. Brush that maple butter over the hot sandwiches when they come out of the oven. SOOOOO good! To freeze, wrap in deli papers, stuff 'em in a ziploc bag and freeze (omit the cheese on those you freeze and add it later). Microwave frozen sandwiches until hot, about 30-40 seconds, checking every 10 seconds. Then add the cheese.
