We’ve got a ton of potatoes, and I need your best recipes please?!
🙏🏻

No potato soup. We’ve played that out. Lol

Potato pancakes, shred and freeze for hashbrowns, au gratin potatoes, baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes, Hasselbeck potatoes, French fries, boiled potatoes, grilled potatoes, garlic parmesan potatoes

1 crescent roll
1 pound sausage
6 eggs
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups shredded cheese.
Grease 9x13, push crescent rolls down in pan, pour cooked sausage on top, eggs, potatoes then cheese. Bake in over at 350 for 30mins. Quick and easy.

Scalloped potatoes and ham, hashbrowns for breakfast burritos, shepherds pie, Mashed Potatoes with corn and meat gravy

I grew up on ham, cheese, and potato casserole. It’s just potatoes diced up in a baking dish, covered in cubed ham, then shredded cheddar cheese. Put a few pats of butter over the top and drizzle a little milk or cream over it. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cover in foil and bake at 425 for maybe 50 minutes. SO good!

German Potatoes (at least that's what we have always called them) sweat down diced potates with butter, onions, season to taste. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning.

Shepherds pie, dice them up small and cook with taco meat (youll never eat tacos with just beef again), homemade fries, kfc bowls,

Vintage potato recipes are really great, if you have any old cookbooks have a flip through them! Dutchess potatoes, Potatoes Anna, scalloped or augratine potatoes, stuffed potatoes, twice baked potatoes, so many taters!

You could mash and freeze, cut and freeze, potato pancakes, hashbrowns, home-fried potatoes, scalloped potatoes, loaded baked potatoes, French fries etc
