Pasta of choice
Celery, red and green pepper, red onion diced, carrots grated, sweet pickle relish, salt and pepper to taste, toss with Panera poppy seed dressing (best fixed a day ahead). Take out of fridge, stir and add more dressing if needed before serving). I have found leftovers keep much better than a mayo based dressing and just something different than vinegar and oil

elbow macaroni cooked, drained and cooled. chunks of cheese, chopped celery,& onion, pickle relish, garlic salt & pepper. mayo, and a bit of mustard. stir together. My grandma's recipe. It is made with ingredients we usually have on hand, It is frugal to make.

Do you all have Dorothy Lynch salad dressing where you live? If you do, here is one of my families favorite recipes...... different colors of spiral pasta, cooked and drained well. ( dab dry)... bite size chunks of fresh broccoli... chopped onion, celery and green peppers... garlic salt and pepper. Pour Dorothy Lynch dressing over it all. stir. Refrigerate. The pasta absorbs a lot of the dressing, so you might need to add more before serving it.

Macaroni,1 small jar dill relish drained, I bunch of scallions sliced, 1 jar of sliced green olives drain. Shredded cheddar cheese and mayo to taste. Cheap and my family devours it!
