Veggie soups and those veggies can be used in a pot pie. I reuse cleaned and dry 2 liter soda bottles to store my beans. If you have extra beans that won’t fit in the bottle, start a mixed bean container.
Cook the pasta add some sauce or seasonings to it, add a can of drained veggies and any meat you have if you have it. A bit of cooked beans to it would be good too....
When in doubt take an item, I just Google recipes like if I have a big bag of black-eyed peas I would Google recipes for black-eyed peas same with lentils there’s a lot that comes up and you can use your canned vegetables instead of fresh ones just add them the last 30 minutes or so. They’re already soft and cooked Beans freeze well. If you have too many you can freeze them and you can throw them on salads. make bean burgers they can be thrown into scrambled eggs, beans and rice is another good one. Bean tacos.
Grab a spoon! This slowly-simmered split pea soup uses a leftover ham bone (or ham hocks) for a rich, subtly-smoky flavor. Don't forget the croutons on top!

I have also made split pea soup without ham. Unfortunately I can’t find my recipe. I liked it both ways. I’m sure you can find one on the Internet. I think that’s where I found it if you don’t want ham in it.
