We have most of that in some form (never heard of a pineapple casserole). We add a soup or two and a spinach quiche. This year I made a Hungarian Mushroom Soup and a Greek Lemon Chicken Rice Soup. Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
Crust
1 cup flour
1/3 c oatmeal
7 T butter
2-3 T cold water
Filling
2 eggs
½ c mayo
½ c milk
2 c grated cheese of choice
½ of 10 oz box of spinach
1 t salt
½ t pepper
Instructions
Mix crust. Press into pan and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 30-50 minutes, top should be medium brown at least so inside is cooked enough. Makes one quiche.
