Scalloped Pineapple
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs- beaten
2/3 c. Milk
1 Stick butter/margarine melted
1 C. Crushed Pineapple (drained)
4 Slices bread torn into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease an 8x8 pan. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into pan. Don't want it soupy, add more bread if needed!
Bake at 350°F until golden brown, time varies, 45-60 minutes. Keep watch so it doesn't burn.
We make a broccoli, bacon, cheddar quiche. You can use sausage, or ham instead. You can also add spinach. It’s very versatile and a nice change to broccoli casserole
