Im making a german roulade for my daughter cuz she doesnt like ham or turkey. Thin flat of sirloin rolled up with chopped bacon onion and pickle inside slow cooked in a red wine sauce.
 
Broccoli salad is my favorite.
1 broccoli crown
1 cauliflower head. Chopped small
1 red onion chopped small.
Cubed cheese.
Bacon bits.
Mixed together
Sauce- 1 cup mayo
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
1/4 cup sugar.
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and then add onto veggies. Mix well.
Best left in the fridge for an hour before serving.
