Today's supper was super quick. Baked some premade Tyson chicken tenders, and the rallys fries. Then I topped them with my favorite toppings and a pickle. Super quick and easy.

I like to bake chicken in the oven at 350° for one hour
The first cut up chicken and add a little water then put a packet of ranch seasoning on it and cover with cheese and bacon
Another I like is cut up chicken and add a little water and a jar of salsa and then cover with cheese and half way through cooking add tortilla chips on it.
Another easy recipe I do is in the crockpot I add water, sausage like the hillshire farms ones and then a bag of peas, a little onion and a handful of parsley. Cut up some little potatoes as well to add and salt and pepper.

Chicken Parmesan shortcut.
Top frozen breaded chicken breasts with tomato sauce, mozzarella & Parmesan. Bake & serve over spaghetti.

OK, so not a recipe, but a huge tip.
Put "best" in front of anything you google.
"Best" Alfredo
"Best" mashed potatoes
"Best" lasagna
So on and so fourth.
I didn't know how to cook. That is how I learned, and now I can cook anything

Use this mixture on pork fish or chicken... 2 parts mayo, one part parm cheese, garlic powder. Top meat with mixture and bake. Always turns out great.

For a quick shortcut Chinese food I use a bag of coleslaw some ramen noodles and chow mein sauce. I also cube chicken coat in cornstarch fry in a little oil to get crispy then finish off cooking in sauce sweet and sour or honey garlic. Fried rice some white rice (cooked in chicken broth and a bit of soy sauce) scrambled egg, frozen mixed veggies can add meat if you want or not fry up until you get some crispy bits. Fam fav.
Salsa chicken in the crockpot
Alfredo sauce heavy cream milk Parmesan garlic and nutmeg cook until thickened add pasta or gnocchi if you want to change it up add a little tomato paste for a rose sauce.

A Bag of Beans
Buy a 2 pound bag of uncooked pinto beans and a ham hock and Jiffy Cornbread or Saltine Crackers. Soak the beans overnight, then cook them in a crockpot with the ham hock. First night have a bowl of beans and cornbread/saltines. Second night (or 3rd) mash the beans and have bean/cheese burritos or tacos, for lunch make bean/cheese tostadas. For breakfast make egg/bean mix or tacos. Beans can be used as a side dish too (full of protein)…put them on nachos, make bean/cheese quesadillas…bean/chorizo tacos…the possibilities are endless - all from a bag of beans!

I love serving chicken enchiladas casserole: canned chicken, cream of celery soup, shredded cheese and canned diced chilies. Mix together take flour tortillas and layer with mixture top with shredded cheese. Bake 350 until it is melted and bubbly. I never have left overs .

I never really “learned” to cook either. I just started with the old Better Homes & Garden red checked cook book. Simple and good recipes, most are easy to cook

Hamburger cooked on the stove and break it up as it browns drain grease
Add some onion and cook pasta in another pan add to mixture after drained and rinsed and add 2 jars cheap spaghetti sauce.
Add seasoning like garlic powder, oregano, parsley

Walmart bakery french bread, ragu pizza sauce, already cooked meat of your choice, diced veggies of your choice, cheese. Bake at 400° until cheese melts.

Salsibury steak...1pound beef..1box chix stove top stuffing..one egg..half cup water..onions to preference..garlic..pepper..no salt...stuffing has enough. Mix together and form into patties. Fry juat enough to get color on patties do not cook all the way. Put into cake pan ans saute mushrooms and put on top. Pour beef gravy over the top..i like to use the banquet glass jar kind but whatever kind works. Make extra for mashed potatoes or noodles or rice to go with. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes. Yummy!!!! And easy!!!
