A good easy breakfast I have made for my kids and now grandkids. Husband loves them as well. Homemade easy pancakes, my grandmas recipe. 1 cup flour, 2 Tablespoons Sugar, 2 tablespoons Baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk egg and oil. Grease your pan lightly and spoon mix on. Cook until golden. I make the little silver dollar size ones. I double the batch if lots of grandkids over. Cheap to make and a crowd pleaser. Always make them for company also. Also a great thing to make for dinner sometimes ♥️

But also switch this up and ground chicken versus ground beef. So many different things you can do

Crockpot pulled pork. A beef roast can be substituted. Pork is usually cheaper. A roast or pork carnitas place in crock pot, pour 1 cup apple cider vinegar, half cup of brown sugar. Cook 8 hrs on low. This recipe doesn't work on night. When done, pour juices off, shred meat. Place back in crock pot, pour favorite bbq sauce over meat. We eat it in buns w/coleslaw on top of meat the first night. 2nd day we eat in baked potatoes.

Unroll crescent rolls and place a cooked link and pinches of cheese in crescent roll, roll up and repeat until all crescents are used. Place on baking sheet and follow baking instructions on crescent package or longer until they are golden/ or the color to your liking. Sprinkle cheese on top of rolls before baking if you choose, and top with syrup. We do these for breakfast and have tried different variations - some with bacon and some with meat and eggs and all are great. Super easy and can be eaten for several days or feed a crowd simply.
