Chicken teriyaki and Rice
You can sauté veggies of your choice and add cooked diced chicken. I would make sauce separately so you can add it to your veggies/chicken once they’re cooked.
Teriyaki sauce:
1C Water
1/4C Soy Sauce
4T Brown Sugar
1T honey
1-2T Minced Garlic
1/2tsp Ground Ginger
Bring to a simmer and add
1T corn starch (mix this with a little bit of your sauce and add in the end to thicken. If it gets too thick for your liking just add a little water until your desired thickness.
Also to add: you can add any seasonings you like to your meat/veggie and even the sauce!

Porcupine balls ( ground beef or turkey with small diced onions and finely minced carrots and garlic) mix with uncooked rice roll into small balls ( like meat balls) can serve with whatever sauce/s you like i.e. sweet and sour, bar b que or pasta or marinara sauce. I cook mine in sauce in crockpot. Can also bake in oven Google recipe. Use rice in Taco Soup, Bell Pepper Soup, some folks add rice to meatloaf as a filler. Use rice inside your burritos with the meat mixture. Where I'm from warm rice cooked then add some raisins, dates, any dried fruits and small pieces of pecans or walnuts some sugar, nut meg, cinnamon and even can use all spice, pour a little milk or cream over and sprinkle on a spoonful of sugar or Splenda to your liking. It's eaten for breakfast or a brunch and even a late night munchie attack lol kinda replaces oatmeal or basic cereal.
Noodles: home made Mac and cheese baked, Italian pasta salad ( possibilities are endless as far as types of noodles and veggies to use. Add pepperoni or and cubed salami top with Italian dressing) I add extra dressing right before serving as this salad is better once it sets a few hours in the fridge before enjoying so flavors can marry together. Tuna, noodles, frozen peas, frozen pearl onions, cream of celery soup served over wide egg noodles or just cook together in one skillet. Easy clean up too. You can also add noodles to lots of soups too old fashioned hamburger soup with elbow noodles, macaroni and tomatoes, and lots of recipes for various Chinese meals are served with different types of noodles from wheat to rice noodles.
