Bone in skin on chicken thigh recipes please!
I usually just season and bake but we’re bored of that. It’s too hot for heavy meals like soups or dumplings.
We aren’t really picky so anything goes!

I put them in the crock pot!
Cover them with brown sugar,
Garlic powder
Onion powder
A little paprika
Salt/pepper
High for four hours
Makes the skin nice and crispy
And in my rice cooker I’ll do a seasoned rice! Perfect simple meal!

I roll mine in flour, then fry both sides till brown in electric skillet, then add water just to cover bottom put on lid and let cook for about 45 min

Use shake n bake, put chicken on a broiler pan skin side down (or use some kind of rack with a cookie sheet under it to catch the drippings or oven can catch fire), bake at 400 for about 35 minutes, flip chicken to skin side up and bake about another 25 minutes or so. Juices render in the skin when placed down and skin comes out crispy and chicken is super juicy. If you want the skin a little more crispy switch the oven to broil but watch it closely cause it can burn fast

I boil them til almost done then marinate (Yoshida sauce is my favorite!) but bbq sauce or Italian dressing works too then put on the grill to finish cooking and char a bit. I’m bad at cooking raw chicken on the bbq cause I always burn it lol

I marinate in one bottle of each, grill or cook in pan or bake (of you don't have a grill.) I usually smother them with the extra sauce while cooking. (2nd pic in my reply)

9x13 pan. Mix 1/2 cup white rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can of water in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoning salt. Layer a bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower. Layer the chicken thighs. Sprinkle with a package of onion soup mix(I put it on the chicken and the rice mixture). Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until chicken is done and rice is tender. If the chicken pieces are larger it will take longer and I'll add more water for the rice so it doesn't dry out.
