Looking for Southern Pear Relish Recipe – Help Needed!

I have turned off comments due to the number of scam posts I was receiving.
My husbands Grandmother used to make a southern pear relish He claims it was delicious on hotdogs. I have searched everywhere trying to find the recipe. Please can anyone help???
