My Crockpot Queso Turned Out Clumpy and Off-Tasting – Need Better Recipes!

Velveeta cheese with a cup of milk. I line my crockpot so that if we don’t finish it , I can put it in the fridge . If you want to spice it up add some mild Rotel (do not drain ) and pork sausage (cooked)
 
I use Rico brand canned queso and thin it with chicken broth to desired consistency. You can add sausage, ground beef or whatever your pleasure.
 
I use a pound of white American from the deli, 1 can of rotel, and add evaporated until it gets to the consistency I want. I've done in in the crockpot and on stove top.
