Could you give me Your recipe for Golush I think that's how you spell it lol My grandmother made it when we were kids and I just can't get it right my noodles get Mushy! Thank you!

Cook the noodles al dente.. to do that add your noodles to already boiling water.. after about 5 minutes.. pull a noodles and eat it. If there's no crunch it is done..you want to be able to just cut it with the side of your spoon.. no longer. That's when it becomes mushy

Boil them on the side and right before they get soft drain and add it to your meat mixture continue to cook and they will finish cooking with out getting mushy

Mama Sue's Goulash
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls worcestershire sauce
1 can beef broth
1 can tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups dry macaroni
In large pot brown beef, onion, and garlic. Drain. Add rest of ingredients except pasta. Bring to a boil, turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min. Add in macaroni, and cook until done, 12 to 15 min more, covered.

Fry the noodles first. Put a tablespoon or so of oil in a pan. Add the dry pasta. Saute the pasta until it's starting to brown. Continue as usual. Even after a couple of days, the pasta doesn't get mushy. Sounds crazy, but it works.
