Spaghetti or baked spaghetti ( make regular spaghetti then add to a casserole dish add shredded cheese and pepperoni on top)

Chicken casserole ( use chicken breast, can of cream of chicken, stuffing mix, and slice box cheese)
 
Fajitas for chicken, pork, or steak...
Marinade = chili powder, ground cumin, minced garlic, lime juice...

Pork chops /pork loin Can be done in a crockpot... Ending on which pork you use just add cream of salary and cream of mushroom soup obviously mix out a little bit with milk and then pour it over the meat and it comes out amazing. I put it on high for an hour and then turn it down to low for a few hours.
You can pretty much do that with any meat
 
Do my pork loin in the crock pot. I do two at once. Eat the first with traditional sides. Potatoes, carrots , green beans or corn. The leftovers gets further cooking and shred for pulled pork and barbecue sauce. Yum!
 
Alternate carbs...there's a zillion ways to make rice different.
Potatoes so many ways,
Bread, naan, cornmeal, noodles, pastas...
 
Chicken Pot Pie ~crust, cream of chicken, frozen or can mixed veggies, cubed or shredded chicken. Season to taste.
Shepherd's Pie ~ brown ground beef with S/P onion, drain and put in casserole; a can of green beans or peas S/P, drained; a can of tomato soup, undiluted; mashed potatoes on top.
Stir fry with any meat and frozen stir fry veggies.
Pork loin in crock pot with potatoes and carrots and onion.
Sides: mac n cheese, alfredo fettuccine, butter beans, limas, sauted squash & zucchini , pasta salad with chopped cukes and tomatoes, twice baked potatoes.
My green salad tends to look like a "kitchen sink salad" as I put so many chopped veggies into it. Tomato, cuke, shredded carrots, squash or zucchini, green onion, sweet peppers, craisins, pecans or walnuts or almonds, sometimes a small handful of frozen peas, boiled egg, shredded cheese.
 
Cut up 3 -4 chicken breast in crock pot , I cut mine up browned them a little .cover w/ Minced onion (optional) onion soup mix I used 1/2 pkg.?very salty 1 can cream of chicken soup & 1 pkg stove top stuffing prepared on top. Cook on low at least 5-6 hours yummy !!
As a side for any meal I chunk up potatoes red or gold are best, use oven proof casserole, sprinkle with a few tab. Olive oil season with what you like ( garlic powder onion powder ,Italian seasoning etc.) Cover bake 30 min then uncover & bake until brown.
 
Ground beef or chicken: prepare them. Mix with prepared mac & cheese or seasoned rice or pasta....add a drained can of veggies or frozen veggies.
Layer chicken or pork chops....top with 2-3 boxes of stuffing...can of cream of soup, 1/2 cup broth or water...drained can of green beans in crockpot for 3hrs
 
Soup is very economical and the ways to make it go on endlessly. Make a pork and dumplings. Save more money by incorporating tofu and beans into your diet. They are a fifth of the price of meat and pack a wallop of nutrition.
 
Salmon parmesean crusted. Mix mayo, parmesean cheese, and seasonings. (I like 2 use garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and parsley) Rub on salmon. Bake until almost flaky. Put under boiler for a few minutes till top gets crispy.
 
Pork chops and/or pork loin, make a rub consisting of a combination of brown sugar, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper. And maybe just a dash of cayenne for a little heat. Either air fry or bake in oven. I have used the same rub for chicken. It is delish
