I make salsa, rotel, stewed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, whole tomatoes, juice, there’s so much you can make with them just google it n you’ll find lots of recipes I did!
Blanching--put in boiling water for 1 minute, transfer to ice water and pop out of the skins. Place in freezer bags and freeze. They're great later for chili, spaghetti sauce, in beans & ham, etc
