We like to do smother pork chops or fish with cream sauce and have ravioli as a side with a salad. We rotate potatoes, corn, rice, pasta etc for the starch. Right now it’s in season so we roast various squash like butternut and acorn, pumpkin etc.
we will swap out salad for the veggie too to give it variety. Salad kits from the store is great.
You can always marinate your meats to switch up the flavors. We are doing Parmesan peppercorn (from G. Hughes that comes in a bottle) chicken tonight

One of my husband’s favorite meals:
Place boneless skinless chicken breast in baking dish. Place sliced Swiss cheese over top to cover. Mix can of cream of chicken soup with a little white wine (or any other liquid); spread over cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 until done. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
