I do chicken breasts or pork roast in the crock pot. When cooked I shred it.
Then I do:
-BBQ sauce for pulled pork sandwiches
- teriyaki- I mix a thick teriyaki bottle sauce with water, add a bit of sugar to sweeten it then cook the shredded chicken in it. Then I put it over noodles for my husband and rice for me. I personally don’t bother to thicken it but you could. This is a family favorite
- chicken salad with Mayo, green onions, celery and a bit of Miracle Whip for a hint of tang. Mix well. Can serve on a bun, on top of a salad or by itself with a side of choice. Sometimes I add hard boiled egg cut up into the chicken salad
 
Pork chop, ground beef and chicken can all be seared in fry pan. Then placed in a baking dish, add cream of mushroom soup and bake at 375. About 45 minutes. Serve with/over rice, potatoes or egg noodles. Salmon wrap in foil with brown sugar and bbq sauce, or mayo and lemon slices, salt and pepper, bake. Steak can become stew or add to homemade soup. Tilapia can be pan seared with butter salt and pepper, lemon. Battered and fried in oil. Pork loin can be lathered in dijon mustard and garlic, wrapped in bacon and baked
 
Salmon,; foil packet mini potatoes cherry tomatoes fresh green beans, salmon and top with orange marmalade.
Tilapia; dredge in mayo, then parmesan cheese and bread crumbs air fry and serve with buttered noodles and sliced tomatoes.
Pork chops, crockpot with Dijon mustard, apple cider, carrots and apple slices.
Pork loin; coat with bbq rub and grill or air fry serve with funeral potatoes and salad.

Chicken breast; crockpot with salsa and cream cheese, use it in tacos, or top rice or baked potatoes with it, crockpot with potatoes, carrots green beans and Italian dressing.
 
Cook components. Bake chicken. Make pasta or rice or both. Cook veggies together. Can go in many directions. Use jarred salsa and teriyaki sauce (not together). With the combo of ingredients, you can go Asian or TexMex. Add cream soup... make stir-fry. Make cold salad. Make rice bowls. Make soup..
 
The difference for me is in the spices I use.
I will often fry the rice in butter to brown. Add spices depending on style of dinner- Mexican, Italian, Asian. Then use chicken or beef stock to cook.
Leftover rice I’ll use for fried rice- breakfast is made with bacon and a fried egg. Dinner is veggies and fried meat.

Sear salmon in butter olive oil garlic lemon juice salt pepper herbs of choice always moist and delish don't over cook. Serve with fav green veggie sauteed in olive oil cinnamon beans over tasted bread or polenta or pasta or rice.
 
Chicken breasts- slice very thin 1/2 inch and pound.
Season egg flour and bread crumbs with salt pepper garlic Italian seasoning
Dip in flour egg breadcrumbs and sautee till golden brown
Serve with roasted pot and carrots garlic onion or mashed or vegs of choice and coleslaw
 
Flank steak marinate olive oil wine vinager garlic adobo sazon oregano parsley cilantro best overnight but 1-2 hours ok
Buy frozen yucca or any potato
Red onion sliced sautee add 1 tablespoon sugar 2 season salt when caramelized add drop of any vinager 2 teasp or so mix serve over yucca or other starchy potato type veg.
Serve with any green veg
Add rice
Black beans seasoned adobo sazon garlic green peppers chopped onions cilantro olives
 
Put chicken breasts or pork chops in bottom of crockpot. Cover with cream of chicken or mushroom soup. Sprinkle on packet of hidden valley ranch dry mix. Cook on low 8 hours. Make mashed potatoes or egg noodles. There is plenty of gravy for both
 
Ground beef- taco pasta bake. Easy and cheap. And a plus is it is easy clean up. Make taco meat as usual. Make your pasta. Dump in baking dish with salsa and I do a can of corn and a can of rotel. Mix together and top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. 😋
