Need Recipe Ideas for My Household! Help with Budget-Friendly Meals Using Salmon, Tilapia, Pork, Beef, and Chicken

The most important thing on this recipe is the last sentence! Absolutely do not open the roasting pan while this is cooking. You need the steam from the bottom to tenderize the steak. Another tip: when you're prepping the stuffing, begin browning the bacon before adding the onion - the bacon won't brown as well with the onion in it. Don't get the stuffing too wet -just enough to moisten it and help it stick together.

Honestly I use tik tok or instagram reels to look up quick easy recipes and different ideas of things and it’s been a success for me

Flank steak: season with whatever seasonings you want , slice thinly, and add some bell pepper and onions to pan , put into tortillas, easy fajitas . You can add salsa, queso, guacamole, or shredded cheese. Quick and easy , make a can of corn for the side

You can pan fry just about any meat, then make a sauce in the same pan. Just add a touch of soy sauce, some jam (fig, cherry, or whatever), maybe a 1/4 cup of water then when cooked until thick, add a pat of butter. Put the meat back in the sauce and serve with the sauce. You can vary this by using a touch of mustard or other condiments.

Meals that take more than a few ingredients are NOT FOR ME 😅😅. We stock up on our meats at Sam’s too.
We have some form of tacos every Tuesday.
Homemade pizzas
I would make fajitas with flank steak
You could make some stir fry with the pork loin

There are some really good recipes on Instagram. Not too many ingredients or things you already have on hand. Chicken breast or boneless thighs or pork chops are delicious smothered. Cream of chicken soup or mushroom. Always add slices onions and garlic, serve over rice or with mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese and a salad or a veggie. Or there are some really good sauce, Korean barbq is fantastic, teriyaki. Then there's the packets like brown gravy but different sauces and you add water. Ask Google for a simple recipe for Salmon, shrimp, whatever. I sometimes have 2 or 3 things for a recipe and ask Google what can I make with this. We are so privileged to have this at our finger tips. Tomorrow I am making Pork steak with teriyaki sauce. Fried rice a roni, and a salad with napa cabbage and some mango chunks. Make menus for a week at a time. Good luck.

Put a pork loin in the crockpot. Season it with a Ranch dressing packet. Then cut up potatoes, onions, and baby carrots and place on top of roast. Cook on high for 6 hours. Delish!
