Need Recipe Ideas for My Household! Help with Budget-Friendly Meals Using Salmon, Tilapia, Pork, Beef, and Chicken

I made 4 ingredient chicken tonight. Preheat over to 350. Lay 4 chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper in a 9x11 pan, cover with a cup of long grain rice, sprinkle a pkg of onion soup mix over rice, mix a cup of water with a can of cream of mushroom soup in a separate bowl. Pour over the onion soup and rice. Cover with foil and back 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour depending on your oven. Delicious
 
We like sheet pan meals- can use any meat but we use cut up chicken breast or hamburger Pattie’s- add cut up veggies of choice / sprinkle with olive oil and seasoning I gs/ bake about half hour or until all completed fine/ yummy - we use cut up white pots or sweet potatoes and carrots asparagus Brussels sprouts
 
Take Porkchops and oil..semi sear them..remove them add sliced mushrooms and onions to the pan . Let them get tender then add a can of cream of Chicken or mushroom soup and 1/2 can water to get all the soup from can. Add mushroom mixture then put chops on top..cover and stir occasionally about 20 min.
As a side I made baby potatoes.boiled..and some seasoned green beans. Pic in comment
 
Porkchops
Oil
1/2 cBreadcrumbs
1/2c maybe more Parmesan cheese
Pan coated with Pam spray
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan( all depends on how many chops. )
Take oil and coat chops then sprinkle them with Parmesan mixture. Pat down so it sticks..Bake 350° for 20 min then turn chops but spray more pam so it won't stick. Then bake another 20 min. Will be nice and brown and tender
 
Pork loin chops with Sauerkraut, sour cream, half & half l, onion, fennel seed brown chops add all other ingredients to 13x9 bake tented for about 35 minutes
 
Ground beef you can do taco salad, Navajo tacos, or add to a can or two of canned chili beans w/some chili seasoning and have bread bowels. We make hamburger gravy as well and serve over mashed or baked potatoes.
 
Thaw chicken breasts or boneless thighs. Spray a 9x13 pan place thawed dryed chicken( I Pat with paper towels.) Put chicken in pan. Top with a slice or 2 of swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Combine one can cr.of chicken soup with 1/4 can water.or white wine. Mix together and pour over chicken. Using 1/2 bag if Pepperidge farm onion and sage stuffing mix, put in bowl with 1/2 cup butter that's been melted. Mix to coat. Let it absorb 5 minutes or so. Put on top of chicken. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes . Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Great served with wild rice blend or whatever you like. Delicious
 
Once you build a stock pile of basic seasonings and thickens along with food grouping tis will become less expensive and seamless!
 
Parmesean Chicken/Pork Chops. 1# meat. 1/3C grated parmesan cheese. Mix together 1/2C mayo, 1/2t each salt/pepper, 3 cloves garlic-chopped. Grease baking pan. Pat meat dry. Spread mayo on 1 side of meat. Top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake 400 x 20 min uncovered. Chicken should temp at 165 and pork at 145 internally.
 
[ ] Lasagna Fake Out. Cook crumble and drain 1# ground beef. Add 1 jar spaghetti sauce and 1 can petite diced tomatoes. Simmer. Add 1 pkg cheese ravioli/tortellini. Simmer until pasta is done. Can top with shredded mozarella cheese.

Peachy Pork/Chicken Picante: cube pork/chicken into 1 inch cubes, dust meat with taco seasoning. Lightly fry in skillet. Add 1/3C peach preserves and 1C salsa (or 1 can of rotel). Simmer. Serve over rice.
 
Hamburger soup
Cook crumble and drain 1# hamburger along with 1 onion chopped. add 1/4 C chopped garlic. 1 can rotel, 1 24-28 oz can tomatoes, 1 stalk celery (I put rotel, tomatoes and celery in blender or food processor as my family doesn't like these chunky) 1 qt beef broth and 1 qt water (or 2 qt beef broth), 4-6 potatoes diced, 1 pkg each frozen corn, peas, carrots. (If I use canned veggies I drain can 1st) 1 pkg shredded cabbage. Sometimes I add 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet, some Better than Boullion and 1 bay leaf. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 30 min stirring occasionally. Serve with rustic bread or biscuits.
 
Marinade chicken/pork in dill pickle juice for 1-2 hrs. Cook as you usually would bake, roast, sear, broil, grill etc.
 
Layer in greased pan: meat that has been dredged in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Top with sliced onions, sprinkle with flour, top with sliced potatoes, sprinkle with flour, can top with peas/carrots/green beans, sprinkle with flour. Mix 1 can cream of something soup with 1/2 can chicken or beef broth. Pour over meat/potatoes mix. Bake 350 x 1 hr. Meats you can use: cube steak, pork cutlets or chops, smoked pork chops or ham steaks, chicken pieces-bone in or boneless. May need to double soup/broth depending on thickness of meat or how many servings. Freeze in foil pans with lids. Thaw in refrigerator before baking.
If you want to make dairy free leave out soup and use 1 can/bottle of beer or 2C chicken/beef broth. Can make without flour but gravy will be very thin.
 
Sante fe chicken/pork. Dust meat with taco/fajita seasoning. Put in greased pan. Top with 1 can corn that has been drained, 1 can black beans rinsed thoroughly, 1 can rotel or 1C salsa, 1 C shredded cheese. Cover and bake 350 x 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 min more. To make dairy free leave out cheese.
