I have found my family enjoys throwing stuff together in the crockpot and I add seasonings which makes for a good dinner conversation and hopefully a repeat recipe.

For all but ground beef and flank steak, I just place the protein on a baking sheet that has been brushed with oil or butter. Season with lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Cover with foil and bake at 325⁰ for about 30 minutes per pound. Test pork and chicken with meat thermometer.

@harrisonbergeron do some baked creamy ranch pork chops with macaroni and cheese. Apple cinnamon pork loin (crockpot) with mashed potatoes. Bbq pulled chicken(crockpot) sandwiches with chips. All 3 of those meals are 5 or less ingredients each and generally take under 30 minutes to make as well (obviously minus those crockpot meals, they are like 5-10 minutes of prep).

Take the breasts and cut into strips. Coat with extra crispy shake and bake. Bake In casserole pan @ 350 till done. Mix cream of chicken soup and milk pour over chicken and top with shredded cheese. Bake until melted. I usually make mashed potatoes with this. Super easy and fast. Fairly cheap as well

Diced stew meat diced onion, celery carrots and potatoes. Cover with water cook 4-5 hrs on high or 6-8 on low it makes its own gravy. Add turnips or rutabagas diced if desired for a change of taste 1-2 bay leaves if desired( remove before serving) this is the simplest meal available that I’ve made for years

In Pinterest look up Korean Beef bowls. It is super easy and has made rotation at our house.
Cheesy fajita baked chicken from Pinterest was also a win at my house. Forgotten chicken just reappeared for fall & smothered pork chops in the crockpot. I also just did a baked pork loin from Pinterest (made rub with seasonings I already had) and it only took 30 minutes.
Try putting whatever protein and 5 ingredient dinners in Pinterest and it typically gets me down a path that doesn’t require a million things. I love building different boards so I have new inspiration. If I buy something new and have leftover then I search for a recipe using that item so I don’t waste it, we have thrown away half a container of ricotta for about 10 years but now plan better.

Pot roast with Potatoes & carrots in a slow cooker! So tender & delicious! Stuff peppers. Sloppy joes. Goulash. Stir fry.

What about pastas & soups? Lots of good ideas there. Alfredos, lasagna, chicken & dumplings... casseroles, slow cooker meals. Change up your rice with another carb. Have a meatless Monday.
