Last night I made kielbasa with a ton of butter and cabbage with onions....my 11 and 14 year old. LOVED it....cost about 5 dollars to feed 4 people!!!

2 boxes of Mac and Cheese cook as directed, brown 1lb of ground beef (drain) and mix with Mac and Cheese. I add 4 slices of American cheese, mix until melted then serve

I like air fryer ranch chicken tenderloins. You can get them fresh or frozen, then I roll them in dry ranch seasoning with pepper I add in, then air fry them. I find potato slices are a quick, cheap, and easy side. Green beans too.

Mexican pizza: Brown ground turkey or beef. Drain grease. Add packet of taco seasoning and water pkg calls for. Cook till done. Preheat oven to 400. Grease cookie sheet. Place two tortillas down( burrito size or 3 if smaller). Split meat between shells. Add a hood amt of shredded cheddar and mozzarella to top. Add another tortilla on top. Add more cheese. Bake about 15 mins or till cheese melted. I like the edges brown and crispy. Slice with pizza cutter. Serve with sour cream, guac, tomatoes, salsa. You can add olives and green onions to the top prior to baking and refried beans to bottom layer before adding meat and before cooking if you like that stuff.
If you get chili starters and just add browned meat and a can of diced tomatoes that’s a quick chili meal. Could just make it with the mix, beans and tomatoes also
Tacos and quesadillas are quick. Spaghetti with meat sauce or frozen meatballs instead or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken too. Can use frozen cooked chicken or rotisserie.
