Seeking Your Best Chili Recipes (No Sweet Chili) and Top Green Bean Dishes!

1lb ground beef - 2 cans tomato sauce - 1 can chili beans(undrained) - 1 can rotel mild - 1 medium yellow onion and chili seasoning of your choice i usually do store brand
 
I sauté green beans in butter, fresh garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper (heavy on the pepper) until they are mostly wilted, but still have a little crunch. The only way my ten year old will eat them
Also I chop a pound of bacon, cook it, add in fresh green beans, garlic, salt, pepper and sometimes slap ya mama, (in the bacon grease) add chopped red potatoes and let cook down until the potatoes are done. Most of the time I add a cup -1.5 cups beef broth (depending on how big a pot I’m making)
 
Saute a small onion and a stalk of celery and saute in a little oil. Add 1 1/2 pounds ground beef and brown. Drain. Add 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can undrained chili beans, 1 can drained kidney beans, 4 Tbsp chili powder, and 1 Tbsp cumin. Simmer for an hour or so. I add a pinch of sugar if the tomatoes are too acidic.
