Simple Pork Cube Recipes (No Soup or Stew)

Pork and gravy over rice ( pork, cream of chicken or mushroom soup, pack of dry French onion soup) serve over rice or with mashed potatoes
 
City Chicken
Dust them with flour, salt, pepper, put onto skewers, dip in egg wash and then roll in bread crumbs. Do a quick browning in oil, place on top of rack that is inside a 9x13 pan. Pour chicken broth into bottom of pan ( underneath the city chicken). Wrap tightly with foil and bake till tender. Remove foil and and bake a couple more minutes to remove some of the moisture from the breading. Use broth and drippings to make gravy.
 
take the pork and put some soy sauce on it and some corn starch, stir to combine and let rest 5 minutes, thin slice some carrot, red or green bell pepper, some onion and some diced pineapple. In a bowl combine some ketchup, prepared mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and a dash of soy sauce. Brown meat in a bit of oil in a fry pan, cook until brown on all sides and add the vegetables, cook stirring often for a few minutes and add the sauce mixture, easy sweet and sour pork. Serve over buttered rice or with egg fried rice. OR you can cut the pork bits smaller and fry them up and put the meat in your fried rice as a meal on its own
