Creative Rice & Noodle Recipes (No Casserole or Spaghetti!)

Teriyaki chicken- cut & cook chicken, add Teriyaki sauce, and a bag or two of stir fry veggies and serve over a bed of rice.
Chicken fajitas but over rice instead of in a wrap
Chili over rice
Fried rice
Have as a side with just some butter & s&p 😋

stir fry! my favorite sauce is the iron chef sesame garlic. cook whatever vegetables you want, marinate 2-3 chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of the sauce, cook the chicken, then add everything together and simmer in the rest of the bottle of sauce. then serve over rice! that’s what i’m eating right now!
 
Noodles some of my favorites are
Flavored with bouillon and served with meet like chicken flavored with grilled chicken on top

Chicken noodle soup
Mexican chicken pasta (what it was called when someone else gave me the recipe.) Cook noodles in another pot cook some chicken with veggies of choice like onions peppers mushrooms then mix in Velveeta or some good melting cheese add rotel or salsa and noodles so good
Rice I do pork steaks in the oven with cream of mushroom an serve over rice with the cream of mushroom as a gravy
Beef chips with some beef broth gravy over rice (heat to boiling add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken as gravy)
Stuffed bell peppers or inside out bell peppers same thing just uses less peppers we chop an put into the rice instead of stuffing them
Cabbage rolls! Basically same as stuffed bell peppers but we roll them in cabbage leaves
 
I don’t meassure a lot. I always have green peppers from my garden so I make this in the summer. Brown 1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey. Chop up onions and a couple green peppers and sauté with the meat. Drain meat as needed. I season with seasoning salt and pepper, add a quart of tomato juice, and add minute rice to let it absorb the juice. Delicious!
