How Do I Get Breading to Stick on Homemade Fried Chicken?

Dip in beated eggs & milk then in seasoned flour back in egg mix back in flour coat well then put in frying pan with hot oil. If u don't if oil is hot enough put a couple drops of water in & see if it pops.

(I had a fish & chip shop over 15 yrs) batter & bread crumbs used on or either fish . Chicken Burger & sausages what anyone ask 4 was done in either

I dip in egg then roll in seasoned flour. If you want the breading to stick you have to have enough oil and have it hot enough. You also don't want to turn it until the crust forms . The more you turn it the more coating you will lose. No lid.

Coat with flour first than egg mixture and back into flour. Fry. I add a LG table spoon corn starch to my seasoned flour helps keeping crunchy

Twice dipped..once in flour..then beaten eggs..then in seasoned flour..no breading..seasoned flour..oncecoated..put chicken in freezer for about 10 .inutes..get your oil hot..take out of freezer..slowly put chicken in hot oil..away from you..it will spatter..chicken must be submerged..flip piece over after about6 minutes..continue on this side about 6 minutes..chicken is done when it floats in oil..removed from oil..and placed on paper towels..remove excess oil..salt at this time..you can keep warm in foil lined pan in oven at 300 degrees..
