Looking for a Simple Broccoli Rice & Cheese Recipe for Thanksgiving!

2 cups cooked rice, can of cream of celery or chicken or mushroom or cheese- cubed Velveeta- butter- 1/2 can ( used soup can) milk or half and half - whole button mushrooms - season to your taste broccoli florets bake until warm abd gooey
 
3 bags knoor cheddar broccoli rice, 1 16 Oz box of chicken broth. 1 stick butter melted, 1 can cream of chicken soup, mix all together untill rice is covered, 1 rotisserie chicken shredded, mix it in, add 1 large bag of frozen broccoli and mix it in. Top with 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 Mins covered, 5 mins uncovered till cheese browns.
 
I follow package instructions to cook the broccoli cheese rice, while I fry the chicken (cut in cubes) in butter with the broccoli. Once done I mix it all together and add a can of Campbell's broccoli cheese soup, sour cream and shredded sharp cheddar, then bake in the oven
 
I may make mine different than you. I cook a bag of rice til just done, add half a large block of Velveeta cheese cubed, 2 chopped cans of drained water chestnuts, 2-3lbs of barely steamed broccoli spears. Combine ingredients well and bake until the top is light brown at 350 degrees or about 40 minutes
