Gasp... I have a Freshman in college..
She says "Mommy (which means she wants something), you have that Facebook group that can help me and my friends out. We need Cheap, simple, easy, without lots of ingredients meals. Can you get your group to give us some recipes they like we can make?
They have a shared kitchen in the common area with basic cookware and pans. They do have an oven. They discourage crockpots due to issues in the past so no crockpot meals. They have to stay in the common area or kitchen while the food is cooking and can't leave it. Mostly ages 17 to maybe 20 year old but mostly 17 and 18 year olds, away from home for the first time, and very limited to no cooking skills on most of them. They also have a grocery store near by but have to walk and carry home all items needed.

meals, snack or dessert you can recommend for them? Please leave recipes in comments. I would like to print your recipes from the comments and make a binder for them. Also if you have any encouragement words added to the recipe at the end would love that. This has been harder transition on some of them than they thought.
They have a family weekend this coming Friday so would like to bring it and leave it in their kitchen for them.

Amazon delivers basic foods! We do alot of Amazon shipped. Life saver esp with my kids in sports. Tell them to even hop on Pinterest and search! Then they can screenshot the instructions, etc.

Take crescent rolls and you can put marinara with little pepperoni and cheese, season to your liking and bake according to the package.
Can make all sorts of little meals with biscuits or rolls like that

@richard1_46 I made a pepperoni roll with pillsbury French bread in the pop open tube. You unroll the loaf of bread at the seam, cover the rectangle of dough with pepperoni and some cheese leaving the edge clear so you can seal it when you roll it back up. (I can’t remember if I put sauce inside too, or just used it for dipping.) Roll the dough back up and press the edge to seal and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese. Bake it according to package directions a then let it sit for a bit before cutting it.

Eggs in Ramen
Cook ramen as directed, drain water, put in seasoning and 2 eggs. Cook and stir till eggs are done. Serve with vegetables or salad.
